As a courtesy to you, Nelnet sends monthly billing statements 14 to 20 days prior to payment due dates.

Note: If your loan(s) is in an in-school, grace period, or KwikPay status, you may not receive a monthly billing statement. However, you can view your statement, next payment due date, payment amount, and much more online at Nelnet.com when you log in to Manage My Account.
