Deferment Forms

Note: If you have loans belonging to the Federal Direct Loan Program (FDLP) and Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP), you are required to complete both the FDLP and FFELP versions of the form for the following deferments: Parental Leave/Working Mother Deferment, Public Service Deferment, or Temporary Total Disability Deferment. For all other deferment forms, the FFELP version will satisfy your request for both loan programs.

If you wish to apply for the Hardship, Reduced Payment, Department of Defense Loan Repayment Program, Corporation for National and Community Service Loan Repayment Program, or Teacher Loan Forgiveness Forbearances, the one form will accommodate your request for all loan programs.
