- Full service: NGS provides its guarantor servicing system software, hardware resources and the operations support needed to conduct the majority of activities required of a guarantor.
- Timeshare: NGS supplies the software and hardware, but the guarantor supplies the staff (other than data center personnel) to support the operations.
