Stafford loans provide students with fixed-rate, low-interest, deferred-payment loans. Subsidized and unsubsidized options are available, depending on the student's eligibility. No credit checks or collateral are required, and loan limits are determined by a student's status and program.

With pending aid, students awaiting financial aid can register for a payment plan before classes begin. In the event of a financial aid shortfall, NBS will automatically give students the option to pay in full, or we will begin processing payments on a predetermined schedule for the balance owed to the institution. That means no more tracking down students to arrange payment terms. All you need to do is electronically upload information to NBS to get started -- it's that simple. 

The business office need no longer be responsible for entering and balancing data on behalf of the departments. You can deploy cashiering equipment at the department level for your larger departments or, alternatively, take advantage of automated deposit preparation for your smaller departments.
